Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally each working day Monday - Friday (excluding weekends) and we can deliver to you quickly, safely and easily.

Shipping is a flat rate per order, and delivery is trackable through Royal Mail or courier depending on your country and choice on checkout.

From the moment you place an order you will be kept fully informed of its status by email, from receipt to despatch.

All orders will require a signature on receipt. Please choose a delivery address during checkout where there is a good chance of you accepting the delivery, ie a work address if you are not at home. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect or to organise redelivery.

 

Order processing times.

All orders are processed on the same day and are ready to ship either the same day or on the next working day. We ship between Monday and Friday. Cut off for same day dispatch is 11.00am

 

Free UK Delivery Timings

All UK orders are despatched on a next working day tracked courier service. Orders should be with you within 1 - 2 working days after dispatch.

 

International Delivery Timings and Rates

For international delivery, we use a courier or a Royal Mail tracked service dependent on delivery country, approximate delivery timings:

EU - tracked courier delivery £10 - 2 to 5 days

US, Canada - tracked courier delivery £10 - 7 to 10 days

Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and ROW - tracked courier delivery £15 - 7 to 10 days

 

International Taxes, Duties, Customs Charges

All orders shipped outside of the EU may be liable for customs charges, and these tend to vary between different countries. We will do our best to ensure that your order is processed smoothly, and take all measures to limit any of these charges with clear labelling. However, we take no responsibility for these costs, and cannot amend custom declaration values.

 

EU / Brexit Taxes, Duties, Customs Charges

All EU orders are sent invoiced net of UK VAT of 20%, which is refunded to you directly after delivery. Please remember to email us a copy of your country VAT payment receipt so we can facilitate any refund due to you.

There are no other taxes or EU duties payable as all our bags are handmade in the UK

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please also check your junk or spam email folder if you haven’t received your order and / or shipping confirmation email.
