BILLING, RETURNS and REFUNDS

 

BILLING AND PAYMENT

We accept bank, debit, credit cards or PayPal and use PayPal as our payment gateway to process all online payments securely. They handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your new bag but if you unpack the goods and find that it's not quite right for you please email us immediately at [email protected]. We will authorise the return and email you the return address details.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after you receive your bag, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. In this instance all refunds exclude return postage costs, unless an error has been made by us. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of authorisation

We advise sending your return by tracked or signed delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost shipments

CONDITION: We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused and in the original condition, complete with tags and original packaging.

EXCHANGE: We are not able to directly exchange goods so if you decide you would like a different product you will need to return your order and place a new one.

REFUND: Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods within 14 days of receipt

Please ensure:

  • All tags, tickets and labels are attached
  • The item should be unused and as new
  • Please retain the original packaging and return items as you received them, or we will unfortunately not be able to offer an either exchange or refund.
  • Return your item in outer packaging that will offer adequate protection

 

International returns / exchanges

Please mark your package as: ‘RETURNED GOODS’. This must be clearly written on your country specific customs information document on the outside of the packaging or on the package itself. If not written, there is a chance that your return will be refused on entry to UK customs and sent back to you.

Please remember that Alban Bicycle Bags Limited is not responsible for incorrectly marked returned items, or any associated return import costs.

We offer a 14 day refund policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless an error has been made by us.
